PACKAGE USE POLICY
These packages are for Studio, Reformer, and Sauna & Cold Plunge sessions, including classes and private sessions. Packages do not apply to Personal Training or clinical services. To purchase Personal Training sessions, please call the Front Desk at 743-9355.
Clients are welcome to maintain multiple active packages to enjoy different offerings, such as studio and reformer classes, private sessions, or sauna & cold plunge experiences.
All packages are non-refundable and valid for the specified term. Expiry dates cannot be extended.
Accounts may be placed on hold up to three times per calendar year, for a combined total of 30 days.
Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $15 fee, or a session credit will be deducted from limited packages.
Our monthly memberships require a minimum six-month commitment. Cancellation requests prior to the completion of this term will incur a $300 early termination fee.
The Well Membership
Unlimited Studio Classes + 10 Reformer Classes + 4 Sauna/Cold Plunge credits. Min 6 months. $15 fee for late cancel & no show.

3 class credits, valid for all Studio and Reformer group classes.
