The space features 8 beautifully appointed treatment rooms, the island’s only seaview movement studio, and a reformer room equipped with 4 Balanced Body reformers. Our full-service gymnasium includes a Rogue Monster rack along with a wide range of rehabilitation equipment.

We are proud to offer a dedicated Functional Medicine Department, providing a comprehensive and integrative approach to health.

In addition, our spacious garden terrace serves as a versatile setting for workshops and social gatherings — and is also home to our sauna and cold plunge, perfect for recovery and renewal.

There is a large parking lot behind the Bayshore Mall. Please bring your parking ticket to your appointment for validation.

Like everywhere in Cayman, traffic can be heavy at times. Fortunately Bayshore Mall is accessible from two roads; from Seafarers Way on the waterfront and from Goring Ave in the rear.. We recommend using the rear entrance on busy cruise ship days to minimize traffic congestion.
