PACKAGE USE POLICY
Clients may hold multiple active packages at the same time to accommodate different offerings (e.g., studio and reformer classes, 1:1 private sessions, or sauna and cold plunge credits).
Packages are non-refundable and have expiry dates that cannot be extended.
You may freeze your account up to three times per calendar year for a combined total of 30 days maximum.
Late class cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $15 penalty fee, or forfeit a credit if on a limited package.
Our monthly memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. Membership cancellation requests before this period will incur a $300 cancellation fee.
