Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking reservations up to 12 hours before the class or session start time without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $25 penalty fee, or forfeit a credit if on a limited package.
Our monthly memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. Membership cancellation requests before this period will incur a $300 cancellation fee.
Packages are non-refundable and have expiry dates that cannot be extended.
You may freeze your account up to three times per calendar year for a combined total of 30 days maximum.
