Larissa is a skilled Biokineticist/Kinesiotherapist offering individual and small group training. With a background in Yoga, Pilates, and CrossFit, she bridges rehab and performance. She works with a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries (pre/post-surgical), sports injuries, TBI/SCI, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, chronic illness, and peri/post-menopausal athletes. Larissa also prepares athletes for events with tailored strength and mobility programs.

She leads small group classes including:

  • Group Rehab (3–6 people): rehab in a supportive group setting
  • RunStrong: strength & injury prevention for runners
  • Functional Strength: full-body training (2x/week, see schedule)
