GROUP FITNESS 

Our skilled Biokineticist offers group training sessions in the Gym. Group classes are capped at 3-4 people and require pre-screening through Larissa. Existing classes are offered to those recently signed off from or in end stages of physiotherapy, as well peri- & postmenopausal women looking to increase muscle mass and bone density. Speciality small group classes in the Gym can be arranged privately on request.
