Rachel joins The Well with over 13 years of experience instructing group classes and private clients in a diverse range of yoga styles and mat Pilates. Having initially been a dedicated student and teacher of yoga, Rachel discovered the complementary benefits of the Pilates method, inspiring her to design her signature Core and Flush classes.
Her instruction is thoughtfully and creatively curated to challenge and respect the mind-body synergy, creating an experience that is both intentional and dynamic.
In addition to her work as an instructor, Rachel serves as Studio and HR Manager, where she brings a people-first, detail-oriented approach to leadership. Drawing from her years on the floor, she is passionate about cultivating a supportive team environment, enhancing the client experience, and contributing to the continued growth and culture of The Well.
