Rachel joins The Well with over 13 years of experience instructing group classes and private clients in a diverse range of yoga styles and mat Pilates. Having initially been a dedicated student and teacher of yoga, Rachel discovered the complementary benefits of the Pilates method. This inspired her to design her signature Core and Flush classes. You’ll find Rachel’s instruction thoughtfully and creatively curated to challenge and respect the mind-body synergy. In addition, Rachel holds an Embodiment Teacher Certification from The Realization Process, which forms the foundation of her unique Embodied Nidra class.
